At Itasca Retail, we work collaboratively with retailers to ensure smooth and speedy installation, configuration, testing and roll-out. While technical issues are typically resolved by our customer’s Help Desk, commonly called “Level 1” and “Level 2,” our support team is available as required to work with the retailer’s IT team to resolve the rare complex issues that arise in the retail ecosystem.
We work with you, as a unique retailer, to develop a support plan. We know each customer’s needs are individual and a once-size-fits-all won’t work. Not to mention we cover all the way from the Newfoundland Time Zone to the Hawaii – Aleutian Time Zone.
