Itasca’s Training & Education Department proudly presents our first installment in the Good Question eConference Series. These easily-attended, no-cost electronic sessions will be informative and practical and designed to give you pertinent information that you can take back and utilize in your day-to-day interaction with Magic. We are calling them “Good Questions” because we plan to have the content driven from questions our Support Teams have gotten in their interactions with you, our good customers.
This initial session will present information on our Central Data Server (CDS) module and how to get the most out of the data it contains. Raley’s Business Intelligence expert, Mike Lidskin, will share some of the data and reports he has built for his business users.
